- Kitchen remodeling costs from $15K to 45K, with an average $26.88K (our cost was around $13K, including appliances);
- Bath remodeling, $7K-$20K, average $11.6K (our cost, ~$3K for each bath);
- Family room addition, $50K-$90K, average $70K (not applicable in our case).
