Our tenant reported that the lights were flickering there. A subsequent message indicated that lights in the dining room went from bright to dim, and the same thing happened in bathrooms too.
Pasadena Water and Power sent one of their troubleshooters out on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, to check on the service line and the service panel. As it turned out there was a loose wire on the right hand side of the neutral service bar in the sub-panel. The loose wire was pulled taut and the screw tightened up. The problem seemed to have been fixed.
